The Freshest Milk Available

Oberweis milk tankers make daily rounds to our farms to collect milk production.  Within hours the milk is pasteurized at the dairy, and delivered in the early morning to your doorstep, normally within 24-48 hours of milking.   This provides the freshest milk you can buy.  Milk in grocery store lighted shelves is rarely as fresh as home delivered Oberweis milk.

The Best Tasting Milk

Unlike other producers,  Oberweis pasteurization is not mass production.  Oberweis produces a "carmelization effect" making our milk taste richer than store bought milk.  This richer taste without the fat has allowed many of our customers who formerly bought 1% and 2% milk to switch to our fat free milk. 

An additional taste benefit you will savor is the realization that milk from glass bottles is free of the taste of plastic or paper cartons.  Also, milk in glass bottles stays much colder than milk in plastic or paper cartons, which act as insulators.

Environmentally Correct

Our milk bottles are returned, sanitized and refilled.  We don't add container waste to the environment.  Reuse of our bottles is an improvement on recycling!
